Sewer bills are calculated using a fixed rate of $37 plus $3 per 1000 gallon usage as measured by your water meter.
Please note your water bill is a separate bill from the sewer bill, and is generated by Pennsylvania American Water or Wernersville Municipal Authority.
Sewer bill distribution occurs quarterly in the months of January, April, July, and October. This billing will be sent on or around the 20th of the month. If you haven't received a bill by the last day of the month, please contact our office for another statement. This will allow you to receive the re-issued bill in plenty of time for you to make your payment before the due date.
Please call our office to set up your sewer account. Our staff can direct you to the proper water authority serving your residence.
Sewer Bills are due 30 days from the date they are issued. A 10% penalty will be collected for late payment. In addition, delinquent bills may result in water service disconnection, a municipal lien against the property and/or collection by a third party agency. A postmarked envelope will be honored. Penalties will not be removed for non-receipt of the sewer bill.
Final Bill / Sewer Certification
