  • Driveways
  • Electrical work that involves new branch circuits or structural             alterations
  • Fences
  • Finished Basements
  • Fireplaces  

  • Fire Sprinkler Systems (new or modifications)
  • Fire Suppression Systems
  • Hot Tubs & Spas
  • Mechanical work that involves new systems, change of                       fuel source or structural alterations
  • Non-Residential Alterations (Fit-Out)
  • Patios
  • Plumbing work that involves new installation or                                     structural alterations
  • Retaining Walls
  • Roofing (structural repairs)
  • Building Sewer repair or replacement
  • Sheds
  • Signs (new and replacement)
  • Stormwater Management (new impervious surface >1,200                    sq.ft.  or altering existing)
  • Windows and Doors (if existing openings are enlarged)



Permit Display

Building permits are to be displayed on the property and visible from the street.
