South Heidelberg Township advertised its Curbside Collection and Disposal of Residential Municipal Waste and Recyclable Materials on Tuesday September 5, 2023 in the Reading Eagle newspaper and again on September 18, 2023 in the Reading Eagle Newspaper. The contract will begin on April 1, 2024 and end March 31, 2027 with additional renewal year options included. Attached are the following bid documents
As noted in the bid notice some important dates include:
- Voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting: September 20, 2023 @ 1:00 P.M.
- Bid Questions/Clarification Deadline: October 6, 2023
- Sealed Bid Submission Date/Time: October 13, 2023, by 11:00 A. M.
- Sealed Bid Opening Date/Time: October 13, 2023 @ 1:00 P. M.
